If we have made payments in advance, e.g. in the case of a purchase on account, we will obtain a credit report on our contractual partner from the credit agency Creditreform on the basis of mathematical-statistical methods in order to safeguard our legitimate interests.

For this purpose we will send the data required for a credit check to the above-named service provider. For the purpose of sending you promotional material we will continue to store your data unless you object to its use, revoke your consent or the promotional address is no longer legally permissible.
